Instructions

Through this service you can complete your pilot and/or aircraft registration as well as purchase Inventory items from the Aeronautics Resale program. The pilot registration also includes the ability to purchase items normally available to you when you register. You can choose to only purchase inventory, only register yourself as a pilot, only register one or more aircraft, or complete both your pilot and aircraft registrations in one transaction. The option to purchase inventory will also be given after completing the pilot and aircraft information and it will also be part of the single transaction. If you wish to register your aircraft or purchase inventory as a business, the pilot registration will have to be completed in a separate transaction.

Contact Information

To begin, answer the question related to the registrations you would like to complete. The options follow one of the paths described above. If you choose to only purchase inventory or only register aircraft, the second question that appears is where you indicate if you are registering under your name or the name of a business. For all selections, the final question asks if you have your access code available to log into the system. Choosing Yes displays the input boxes to enter your access code and last name or company name as it appears on your correspondence from us. If you have forgotten your access code, you can enter your email address in the provided box, and we will send any related login information to that email address if we have it on file. Choosing No will provide a similar box where you can enter your email to see if we already have you on file. If we do not have you on file, click the Continue button to enter yourself new. You also have the option of calling the Aeronautics Division to look up your access code or create one for you.

If you entered an access code, your personal information will be populated for you. You can make any updates as necessary. If you are entering yourself new, please complete all pertinent personal information. When you are finished, click the Continue button.

Pilot Registration and Purchase Items

If you entered an access code, your pilot information will be populated for you. You can make any updates as necessary. If you are entering yourself new, please complete the fields as you would your registration card that you would have received in the mail. When you are finished, click the Continue button. This will take you to the Pilot Purchase Items page. Enter the quantity of each item that you wish to purchase, and click the Continue button.

Aircraft Registration

You will be asked to enter the exact N Number for any aircraft that you wish to register. If the aircraft is in our system, any information we have on file will be automatically populated for you. If it is not, an Add this aircraft button will appear. Click that button to enter a new aircraft into the system. If you wish to register multiple aircraft, there is a button at the bottom of the page to Add Another Aircraft. You can enter as many aircraft as you wish to register. Each aircraft added to the page will have a Remove button available below it if you wish to remove it from your registration list. When you have entered all of your aircraft information, click the Continue button.

Inventory Resale

If you have chosen the Pilot or Aircraft option(s), after you have entered the information for those items, you will be given the option to proceed into the Inventory Resale portion of this service, starting with the Billing/Shipping Information page. If you entered the service through the Inventory-only option, you will begin on the Contact Information page described above and then proceed to the Billing/Shipping Information page. On this page, the person or business that you are using for the transaction will be displayed as the Billing Customer. You will have the option to select the Address, Phone, and Email information you wish to have associated with your purchase. You will also have the option to select a different Address to ship your items to or even select a completely different person or business to have the items shipped to.

Once your Billing and Shipping information is complete, you may click the Continue button to proceed to the Inventory Selection page. If you have previously ordered items from the Aeronautics Resale program since the beginning of 2016, the page will default to showing a list of your previously-ordered items. You may select item(s) from that list to purchase more of them or you may make use of the “All” tab to select from all available Inventory items. You may also search for items by name or item number. If the item is currently in-stock and available for purchase, there will be an “Add” button to add the item to your order. Once you have made your selections, enter the desired quantity and any special instructions and then click Continue.

Summary

This is where you can review all of your entered registrations and purchases prior to completing your transaction. If you need to make changes to any entered information, use the system Back buttons at the bottom of each page. When you have completed reviewing your entries, click the Continue button.

Authorizations

Enter your electronic signature on this page, which indicates that the information you have provided is true. Click Continue once you have entered your signature.

Billing

On this page, you have the option of selecting already entered address, phone and email information that will be automatically populated into the payment portal so it will not need to be retyped. All selections are optional. When you are ready to complete your transaction, click the Continue button.

Payment Method

Select your desired payment method. The Aeronautics Division accepts the following forms of payment: credit cards and eChecks. Once you have made a selection, click the Continue button.

Customer Billing

Enter all requested billing information. The Aeronautics Division accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. When you are finished, click the Continue button.

Payment Verification

Verify all entered transaction and billing information for accuracy. If you wish to change any billing information, click the Edit button at the bottom of the screen. When you are satisfied, enter the text displayed in the CAPTCHA image on the screen and click the Make Payment button. If you do not wish to complete the transaction, click on the Cancel Payment button.
